CHANGES to the TIMEOUT RULES:
Starting with the real tourney you will be removed from the
tournament is you timeout:
   SIX times in the first 60 days OR
   NINE times in the first 90 days OR
   TEN times before 90% of the players are eliminated OR
   FOURTEEN times at any time in the tourney.
This is as a courtesy to most of the players who timeout rarely,
respond quickly and would like a faster game.
