NOTICE:

A new broadcast mail method is being tried.  Hopefully it will reduce
the delay often seen in the messages sent to the entire table
during the hand.  It is only running on a few tables currently but
will expand if/as it proves helpful.  You can tell if your table
has the new method in use or not by the To: line in the broadcast
messages.  It is it to players@wrgpt.org that is the old method.  If
it is to your mail address that is the new method.  If you notice
significant improvement or degredation on the new method send
a note to floorman16@wrgpt.org for our feedback.  Thanks.

When you get a "reminder" message go ahead and do a WHAT command if you 
do no receive the broadcast message from your table.  Those messages 
usually come through in a few minutes.
