Update: Saturday, 7pm PDT:
     Some of the problems seem to be resolved.  You may receive a 
     status report or see a protest on your table as part of the
     testing process.  By asking for a status report we can
     cause outbound messages with one or two recipients.  By
     doing a protest we can a cause outbound message to whole tables.

Table broadcasts are running slow.  When you get a "reminder"
message go ahead and do a WHAT command if you have yet to
receive the broadcast message from your table.  Those messages
usually come through in a few minutes.
