NOTICE:

Update: Tuesday, 10/31/2006 00:12am PST:
     All day the outbound mail was slow at times, up to 2 hours.   That is
     unacceptable.
     Incoming mail was good contrary to Friday.  Incoming was seldom queued
     for more than a minute.
     I have altered the mailer settings so that performance is much improved.
     Outbound messages are averaging less than three minutes now with 
     maximums less than 30 minutes.  Better.
     Timeouts are/were enabled at about 00:25am PDT Tuesday 10/31/2006.  In order to
     make sure everyone gets a full five business hours each table will be
     given a pro-test, the time adjusted, then the pro-test lifted.  It will
     say a particular player called the pro-test but it was the floorman.
     Sorry for the problems.  Good luck and enjoy the rest of the tourney.

When you get a "reminder" message go ahead and do a WHAT command if you 
do no receive the broadcast message from your table.  Those messages 
usually come through in a few minutes.
