NOTICE: 
1. This is the NOT the PRACTICE round.  
2. The floorman email has changed due to excessive SPAM.  It is

3. HTML email only works sometimes so set your email client to
   send TEXT only.
4. The timeout period is FIVE office hours
5. You will be removed from the tournament after TEN timeouts
   while 10% of the field is still playing.
